Courses
All course sales are final. Because courses are digital products with immediate access, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete. If you were charged in error or charged twice, contact info@theabrstudio.com within 14 days and we will correct it.
Templates and toolkits
Because these are digital products that are unlocked immediately, all sales are final once unlocked. If a file is defective or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.
Marketing packages
The setup fee and the 3-month up-front payment are non-refundable once work has begun. If we have not started work, you may cancel for a full refund within 3 business days of purchase. After the initial 3 months, you may cancel month to month before your next billing date; the current month is not prorated or refunded. Annual plans are non-refundable once work has begun, but you may cancel renewal.
Brand Strategy Sprint and other invoiced services
Deposits and paid invoices are non-refundable once work has begun, unless we cannot deliver the agreed work.
Duplicate or erroneous charges
Always refunded in full; contact us right away.
How to request
Email info@theabrstudio.com. We respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
