2. What we collect
Account details (name, email, sign-in info); purchase details (items, amounts, dates, billing email); information you submit through our Brand Check, contact and course forms; course progress; basic usage and device data (pages visited, browser, approximate location) through cookies and similar tools; messages you send us.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card and bank details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive confirmation of payment, the last four digits and card brand, and billing details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to its handling of your data.
4. How we use it
To provide the site, courses, templates and services; process payments and send receipts and invoices; give you access to purchased content; respond to requests and deliver Brand Check results; send service and account emails; send marketing emails only if you opt in (you can unsubscribe any time); improve and secure the site; meet legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the site (hosting and database, payments, email delivery, analytics), when required by law, or in a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies (sign-in, cart) and may use analytics cookies. You can control cookies in your browser.

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements.
